It was our 25th wedding anniversary on July 13th and we wanted to share a gift with as many people as we could in honor of our wedding milestone. Why? Because it is our personal mission to share and spread purpose, passion and love with as many people as we can. We also wanted to make it easy to deliver to as many people as we could,… so we chose an electronic gift.

What could we possibly give away that people could actually use and benefit the most from and would truly have a lasting effect in their lives?

Well here it is . . . .

I was asked to do a whole bunch of things in the last little while. My default answer was, No!. Not because the things I was asked to do weren’t cool or worth my time or I wouldn’t learn or get value from them, I said, No! Because, I didn’t want to add more to my never ending todo list.

So this thought came to me. If the list is never ending and I am already saying no!. Why not just say Yes! And sneak in and do all those cool things that I was saying no to before? Bringing in even more fun into my life….

Just say Yes!

The Power Of The Internet

I am continually amazed at the immense power of the Internet.  The sheer ability to spread good or mirth rapidly and globally….    The raw power of YouTube videos to raise awareness of social injustices amazes me.  The ability to share your opinions to hundreds if not thousands of people via twitter world wide all most instantaneous almost frightens me.

With this awesome unrestricted ability to connect us globally comes those that want to cause harm and there are those that want to spread a little mirth in the world (make us smile).  Earlier this week on Facebook hundreds of people posted a link to www.thechive.com in support of poor Jenny, who quit her job via the Internet.   I suspected it was a hoax or not true.  Based solely on the site it was coming from.  But I was not 100% sure of it myself.

I personally thought it was well done.  See the whole spoof (Hoax)
